Seldom experienced anything so unfriendly. We collected the Coca-Cola glasses, then after three visits within the campaign time we had the six normal glasses, but we wanted to have the two mystery glasses to complete the series. The app showed us that these glasses were no longer available on Frankfurter Weg in Paderborn, but they were in Salzkotten. We then placed the order via the app, went to the McDrive, passed on our order number there, paid and only then was told that the glasses were currently no longer available. They would not come back until the next delivery. Since we had only ordered the glasses for the fourth time within two weeks, we described the problem, whereupon we were kindly offered to put two glasses back for the next delivery and to call us. After a week I called for the first time and was put off. After two weeks I called again and was directed to speak to management. This call has just been made. I can absolutely understand that the good woman cannot help it that there was no more delivery (allegedly / with her employees it sounded different on my previous calls). But you don't have to be rude right away. And I also think that my comment, "Without these glasses, we would not have eaten at your place again." It is quite understandable if it is not your personal habit to eat at McDonald's twice a week. If I am then told in a very loud tone, I CAN PICK UP TWO OTHER GLASSES FROM KULANZ, I can do without it. The friendly offer of two normal replacement glasses (which I was entitled to anyway) plus a voucher would have been kind to me. This is how McDonald's Salzkotten saw us for the last time.

Really worse McDonalds I always have to wait 30 minutes there, sometimes I don't get the correct amount of change back, I get the wrong order every now and then (I got a Bigmac without meat but only noticed it at home) but the food also tastes disgusting compared to other McDonalds Resteraunts. Simply put, the staff can't speak real German and isn't good for simple tasks and the food is also disgusting not to be recommended, I only go there because the Mcs is close by. Very long waiting times and no concept for a large number of customers. The same employees always have the mask under their noses at the goods issue. Customers walk through the store without a mask or stand at the goods counter with a mask on their chin, but the employees do nothing. Some employees would have deserved 5 stars, the branch manager has to provide the missing concept.

Tonight this branch was the very last. We came from an event and just wanted a coke and a portion of french fries and had an appointment. We had to wait in line for three quarters of an hour in the mc drive line. Due to the traffic management, you couldn't break off and drive away. We were late for the date and had a lukewarm mushy fries. We haven't seen such a long wait in other branches. Underground. When asked, we were told that there were other customers to serve ... But the four of the employees still had the time to stand together and discuss. This shop will never see us again ...

Once again, the entire order was not in the bag. With five orders, at least three are not completely in the bag (Mc Drive) It's getting really annoying !!! 😡

I do not know if the employees cannot count or are simply stupid, but if the number 2 is in front of a product, then you should also put the products in the bag twice. Can't be that hard!

As I know it, the food is very good and the usual McDonalds range. The cleanliness is unfortunately not really what you would expect as a customer, the tables are rarely checked and cleaned less often, the staff leaves the sales or kitchen area only to bring the food to the customer, I was often in the branch and unfortunately still have never seen one go through to check and clean the tables, a shame that is standard at other branches, therefore a star deduction.

The wait and service are very slow for a fast food restaurant. It is not because of the staff itself, as they seem nice, but the same person seems to be taking orders, taking payments and serving the food prepared. This job is supposed to be distributed between at least two, if not three people.
